Dwayne was the pastor who founded at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director for Pastoral Care for the network. Apart from pastoring Dwayne has a passion for training the next generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of numerous online articles and the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Achieving Change in Lives with God's Unchangeable Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne and wife Leslie have three children.
